Peanut Shells

Peanut shells are part of the mollusc family and are a form of Ark Clam. Found along the Atlantic coast of North America ranging from North Carolina to Bermuda. They attach themselves to rocks in shallow waters. 

The shell is boldly striped in white and brown and sized approximately between 5 and 10cm in length. 

Ideas: Peanut shells are excellent for interior and exterior decoration as well as retail window displays. Our shells have used as photo-shoot props, decoration in restaurants, event theming as well as art & craft projects. Being a little larger in size they are perfect for details in aquariums or equally lovely on their own on a shelf display in your home.
